Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Mississippi is seeking a Mobile HVAC Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs across multiple commercial properties. The role requires expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.

You will inspect, operate and maintain equipment, document work in the CMMS, and meet safety requirements. Requires 3+ years in commercial HVAC or 5 years military experience, Universal CFC certification, a high school diploma

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC service and repairs (or 5 years military experience with HVAC).
• Universal CFC certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Hands-on skills with commercial HVAC systems, pumps, motors, air handlers, controls, and electrical systems.
• Must complete safety trainings and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Inspect and repair building interiors/exteriors and related systems.
• Update work order status in real time and refer issues to management as needed.
