Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile HVAC/R Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems at our Ft. Wayne, IN site.

The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and minimal downtime through proactive repairs and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in building engineering with strong HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing experience, plus CMMS familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days).
• 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R focus.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment.
• Study equipment and methods for proper operation.
• Document conditions and update work orders in real time.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and use CMMS for work performed.
