The role emphasizes energy efficiency, uptime, and safe operation across building systems. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R expertise, hands-on troubleshooting, and knowledge of CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with a strong HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical background.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• Two years of trades school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration and HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other installed systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment and building systems.
• Update work order status in real time and document activities.
