Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in all aspects of building engineering with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, production equipment repair and maintenance.
• Knowledge of overall system design and applications.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment and systems in assigned facilities to obtain efficient operating results and longevity.
• Ensure equipment is maintained in an energy efficient, safe manner with minimal downtime by anticipating repairs and documenting past operating experiences.
• Perform inspections and repairs to interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, lighting, etc.
