Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile HVAC/R Engineer for on-site work in Dayton, OH. You will operate, inspect, and maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems to maximize efficiency and uptime.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, electrical/plumbing knowledge, and a focus on safety and reliability. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective work, system inspections, and real-time updates via CMMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days).
• 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work on facility mechanical/electrical systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC/R and related equipment.
• Study equipment and required usage for daily activities.
• Update work orders and report conditions impacting operations.
