Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Brighton, MI is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration and building systems on-site. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and plumbing components, and manage work orders using CMMS Corrigo to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical expertise.
• Knowledge of system design and application.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining refrigeration systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive and repair work orders; ensure energy efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Maintain and repair interior/exterior areas, fixtures, roofing, lighting and grounds as needed.
• Utilize CMMS systems for work orders and status updates; keep records current.
• Respond to daily issues and be available for call-in work; possess a valid state driver's license.
