Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Toledo, OH is seeking a Mobile HVAC/R Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain all HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing systems in assigned facilities. You will focus on energy efficiency, uptime and safe operation, performing preventive maintenance and repairs.

The role requires strong hands-on technical skills across HVAC/R, electrical and piping, as well as experience with CMMS tools and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days).
• 4+ years of building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Experience with commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• CMMS experience (Corrigo) and basic MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing and production equipment.
• Inspect and maintain facilities, improve energy efficiency and uptime.
• Document work, update work orders and report conditions.
• Respond to call-ins and support daily operations as required.
