Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days).
• 4+ years in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Operate, maintain and repair HVAC/R systems and associated electrical/plumbing components.
• Inspect and document conditions; update work orders and CMMS records.
