Job summary

CBRE is looking for a Mobile Commercial HVAC Engineer to support multiple commercial sites with expert care and fast fixes. The technician will fix equipment issues, perform preventive and emergency maintenance, and document work in a CMMS.

Candidates should have 4-5 years of commercial HVAC experience, strong problem-solving skills, and be physically capable of handling fast-paced tasks. EPA Universal certification is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal certification is highly preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment per codes and safety standards.
• Diagnose failures to determine actions for modifications and repairs.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance; document records.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily work.
• Apply standard engineering principles to non-routine problems.
• Mentor teammates and share HVAC expertise.Follow CBRE values in daily work.
• Communicate technical information clearly to colleagues and clients.
