Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Commercial HVAC Engineer to service multiple commercial sites, performing preventive and emergency maintenance as well as repairs. The role requires diagnosing issues, documenting work in a CMMS, and traveling between sites with a company vehicle.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of commercial HVAC experience, strong problem-solving skills, and possesses EPA Universal/608 certification. A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment per guidelines and codes.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing issues.
• Perform preventive, emergency, and corrective maintenance; document work in CMMS.
• Operate company vehicles to service multiple sites.
• Share HVAC expertise and mentor team members; uphold CBRE RISE values.
• Communicate technical information clearly to clients and colleagues.
