Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a Mobile HVAC Engineer to support multiple commercial sites with hands-on maintenance, rapid fixes, and proactive care. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive and emergency work, and document actions in a CMMS.

The role requires 4+ years of HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and physical ability to handle demanding tasks. Travel between sites and use of company vehicle are included.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC industry experience.
• EPA Universal certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must pass physical requirements.
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Work inspections and maintenance on building HVAC equipment, ensuring codes and safety.
• Address equipment failures and determine best course of action for modifications.
• Perform repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance, and keep records.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily work.
• Apply standard HVAC practices to solve non-routine problems.
• Mentor others and share HVAC expertise in alignment with CBRE values.
• Collaborate with team and communicate technical info clearly to clients.
