Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with 4–5 years of job-related experience; diploma combination with experience considered.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment to meet codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot failures and determine corrective actions for HVAC systems and associated electrical/plumbing.
• Perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and maintain service records.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work activities.
• Explain technical information clearly to team members and clients.
• Coach staff and share HVAC knowledge across multiple disciplines.
