Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Commercial HVAC Engineer to support multiple commercial sites with fast fixes and expert care. You will perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and document work in a CMMS.

Ideal candidates have at least 4 years of commercial HVAC experience, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work physically in a fast-paced environment. A company vehicle is provided along with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver’s license and EPA Universal/608 certification required.
• Physically able to stoop, stand, climb stairs/ladders, and lift 50 lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment in compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine corrective actions for HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing components.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance, and complete maintenance records.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily work responsibilities.
• Apply standard principles and techniques to address routine and non-routine problems.
• Mentor teammates by sharing HVAC expertise and supporting CBRE RISE values.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality, efficient task completion and clear communication.
