Qualifications

• High School Diploma or trade school with 4–5 years of related experience; combination of experience and education considered.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work without visa sponsorship in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment per codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs on HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.
• Complete maintenance and repair records and document daily activities.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Share knowledge and coach others on HVAC systems and related disciplines.
• Lead by CBRE RISE values and help build consensus within the team.
• Ensure work quality and efficiency is maintained across tasks.
