Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support multiple retail sites in the Atlanta, GA area. The role involves diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, performing preventive and emergency maintenance, and documenting work in a CMMS.

A minimum of 4 years of commercial HVAC experience and EPA Universal certification are preferred. The technician will be responsible for operating company vehicles, collaborating with team members, and mentoring others while upholding CBRE

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of job-related experience preferred.
• EPA Universal and E06a certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment ensuring code compliance and safety.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine action for modifications; maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and related electrical/plumbing components.
• Perform repairs, preventive and emergency maintenance; complete records of maintenance activities.
