Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs., standing, walking, and stairs.
• Willingness to apply innovative thinking to existing solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze and solve mildly complex problems.
• Sophisticated math skills for percentages and financial calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on building HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs on HVAC and associated electrical/plumbing systems.
• Operate and maintain equipment, keep maintenance records up to date.
• Drive company vehicles to job sites and perform daily tasks.
• Apply standard techniques and knowledge to solve non-routine problems.
• Coach colleagues and share HVAC knowledge across disciplines.
