Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to carry a fully stocked mobile store and sell industrial hardware directly to customers within a defined geographic territory in California. The role emphasizes cold-calling, prospecting, and on-site product demonstrations using mobile stores.

Qualifications

Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
Job Stability: No job hopping; ideal candidate has a max of 3 companies in 10 years.
Skills: Analytical reasoning and organizational skills; proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications.
Attributes: Independent worker with a proven history of goal attainment.

Responsibilities

Prospect and Sell: Develop new sales leads and call on businesses near existing customers. Make face-to-face calls on cold and warm prospects.
Present Solutions: Demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
Manage Operations: Keep your mobile store clean, functional, and report daily sales orders and prospect calls.
Data Integrity: Maintain customer contact information in company software.
