The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience, including data entry or cash handling.

• Adhere to established customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Actively engage in lobby management, meet and greet customers, address immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Take ownership of escalated account services issues until resolution and log complaints.
• Introduce banking partner for sales opportunities.
• Complete branch-related operational activities (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Adhere to AML/BSA/KYC activities and regulatory policies.
• Promote a Belonging and brand-aligned environment.
• Maintain internal controls and respond to audit/regulator points.
