Formación

• High school diploma or GED with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with internet-based technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to established customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers through shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greeting customers and addressing immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Log and resolve escalated account service issues; document complaints in the system.
• Transition identified sales opportunities and introduce appropriate banking partners.
• Handle branch operations such as cash ordering, vault, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Process customer and account maintenance and perform AML/KYC activities.
• Comply with risk controls and regulatory standards; support the M&T Bank brand.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
