Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months customer service experience.
• Data entry and/or cash handling experience.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Proven verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization.
• Proficient with internet use.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and adhere to customer service standards across branches.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers, addressing immediate needs.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Log and resolve customer issues and complaints in the system.
• Identify sales opportunities and direct customers to appropriate banking partners.
• Perform branch operations (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires) and account maintenance.
• Assist with AML/BSA/KYC related activities and comply with policies.
