Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Mechanic Technician to perform mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, electrical, and safety-related services at Crash Champions locations and partner sites. You will travel daily in a company vehicle, perform ADAS calibrations when trained, and document all work per OEM standards.

Strong diagnostic and customer-facing skills are essential. The role combines field mechanical work with advanced diagnostics, requiring up-to-date

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive mechanical experience with ADAS and calibration.
• I-CAR PL3 certification must be completed within 90 days of hire.
• ASE certification should be scheduled within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast and accurate ATE service support to internal and external customers.
• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company provided vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, scanning, programming, calibrations, electrical diagnostics, wire and connector repair, and light to moderate mechanical services.
• Own both mechanical root cause resolution and electronic validation of vehicle systems.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and confirm repair outcomes.
