Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) seeks a Field Mechanic Technician to deliver high-quality mechanical, diagnostic, programming, and calibration services to Crash Champions locations and customers. The role combines mechanical repair with advanced diagnostics, including ADAS calibration, in a mobile setting.

You will travel daily in a company vehicle, perform electrical diagnostics, and ensure all work is documented and approved per OEM guidelines.

Qualifications

• 4+ years automotive mechanical experience required.
• I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days of hire.
• ASE certification scheduled within 90 days of hire.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS, electrical systems, diagnostics and calibrations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality mechanical, diagnostic, programming and calibration services.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company vehicle.
• Perform ADAS diagnostics and calibrations when trained and authorized.
• Document all services per OEM guidelines and company policies.
• Conduct test drives to verify system functionality and repair outcomes.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
