Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts (ATE) is seeking a Field Mechanic Technician to perform mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, electrical, and safety services for Crash Champions locations and partners. This mobile role travels daily in a company vehicle, combining hands-on repair with advanced diagnostics.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of automotive experience, ASE and I-CAR PL3 within 90 days, ADAS experience, and a willingness to work Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 4+ years automotive mechanical experience.
• I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days of hire.
• ASE certification scheduled within 90 days of hire.
• Strong knowledge of ADAS, diagnostics, and calibrations.
• EV/HEV high voltage certification preferred or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, programming, calibrations, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Travel daily to service locations in a company-provided vehicle.
• Conduct ADAS calibrations when trained and authorized.
• Document repairs and test results per OEM standards and MCP guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service, clear communication, and professional representation of the ATE brand.
