Job summary

Automotive Technology Experts is seeking a Field Mechanic Technician to deliver mechanical, diagnostic, programming, calibration, electrical, and safety services to Crash Champions locations and customers. This mobile role combines hands-on repair with advanced ADAS work.

You will travel daily in a company vehicle, perform OEM-aligned repairs, and document work per MCP guidelines while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of automotive mechanical experience.
• I-CAR PL3 certification within 90 days of hire.
• ASE certification scheduled within 90 days of hire.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical repair, ADAS, diagnostics, programming, and calibrations.
• Experience with suspension, brakes, HVAC, dash removal, air bag installation.
• Ability to diagnose and repair SRS systems per OEM standards.
• Proficient with electrical diagnostic equipment (multimeters, probes).
• EV/Hybrid high voltage certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to assigned service locations in a company vehicle.
• Perform diagnostics, scanning, programming, calibrations, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical services.
• Conduct post-collision inspections and ADAS calibrations when trained.
• Provide accurate repair documentation and final billing.
• Meet productivity, quality, and compliance standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly.
