Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs across buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. The role serves 70+ contracted clients with a provided van, gas card, tablet, and uniform supplies.

The position emphasizes safety, compliance, and proactive maintenance, with no mandatory on-call or overtime. Candidates should have 4–5 years of related experience and a valid driver's license, plus Universal CFC certification.

Qualifications

• High school or trade school credential with relevant experience.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on information from multiple sources.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee repairs.
• Inspect building and industrial systems to ensure safe and compliant operation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles for daily tasks.
• Share knowledge and mentor others within the team.
• Lead by example and support CBRE RISE values.
