Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Facilities Engineer in Houston to maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems. The role requires a strong background in building engineering, safety compliance, and proactive maintenance to ensure client occupancy runs smoothly.

The candidate will travel between client locations, perform inspections, and support after-hours emergencies. A High School Diploma or GED is required; EPA Section 608 certification preferred; a valid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems preferred.
• Proficient in basic computing: Outlook, Excel and Word; CMMS experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Operate and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution, and building interiors/exteriors.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and reporting; submit monthly operation reports to management.
• Respond to emergencies; travel between properties as needed.
• Maintain stock/inventory and recommend preventive maintenance improvements.
