Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s).
• Maintain heating equipment, chillers, pumps, VAV and air distribution systems.
• Monitor and adjust mechanical/pneumatic equipment, gauges, panels, valves, thermostats and diffusers.
• Verify field conditions and perform repairs or adjustments as needed.
• Monitor Energy Management and perform preventive maintenance per standards.
• Inspect and maintain engine room equipment, motors, pumps, generators and electrical rooms.
• Document and report activities to supervisor and respond to emergencies.
• Comply with codes, regulations and company directives; complete safety training.
