Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Facilities Engineer to maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems across client properties in Houston. The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, quick response to emergencies, and ensuring efficient operation of boilers, pumps, and distribution systems.

The position requires a high school diploma, EPA 608 universal certification, and a valid driver’s license with ability to travel between sites.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and building systems.
  • Professional certifications preferred (EPA 608 Universal).
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
  • Operate and service boilers, heaters, pumps, valves and steam distribution equipment.
  • Inspect facilities and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
  • Respond to emergencies and possible after-hours events.
  • Maintain stock and inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Prepare monthly operation reports for the management team.
  • Adhere to safety policies and wear required PPE.
