Qualifications

• HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems knowledge.
• Able to operate and repair boilers, pumps, valves and related equipment.
• Knowledge of energy management and building automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Operate and maintain HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing and building systems.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies; light travel may be required.
• Maintain inventory and suggest PM improvements.
