Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an HVAC Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building mechanical systems across client sites. The role requires proficiency with a range of heating and air conditioning plants and related equipment, with a strong commitment to service excellence.

The ideal candidate will have at least four years of tech experience in building engineering, EPA Section 608 certification, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems, boilers, pumps, refrigerant systems, and related equipment knowledge.
• Knowledge of energy management systems and operations.
• Thorough knowledge of building systems operations, maintenance, and repair.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with tenants, clients, and vendors.
• Basic computing skills and CMMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, lighting, and related systems.
• Operate and repair HVAC systems, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building interiors/exteriors.
• Conduct inspections and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies; may require light travel between properties.
• Maintain equipment, boilers, pumps, valves, and lines for steam/heating water distribution.
• Manage stock and inventory; support PM program improvements.
• Prepare monthly reports to inform management of current operations.
• Familiarize with building automation, fire/life safety, and related equipment.
