Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• Minimum 4 years in building engineering with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal certification for refrigerants (Section 608) required.
• Valid state driver’s license and compliance with local licenses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
• Operate and repair boilers, pumps, valves and steam distribution equipment.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies; may require light travel between properties.
• Maintain stock/inventory and assist with PM program improvements.
• Prepare monthly reports for the management team.
