Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, boilers, pumps, and refrigerant systems.
- Strong knowledge of energy management and building systems operations.
- Preferred completion of an apprentice program or trade school.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Maintain HVAC systems, electrical distribution, and related building equipment.
- Inspect facilities and report conditions affecting occupancy and operations.
- Respond to emergencies and travel for on-site support as needed.
- Manage stock/inventory and document monthly reports for management.
