Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and manage emergency repairs.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation within design specs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
