Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds on client sites. You will work within the Engineering and Technical Services function to support, inspect, maintain, and repair critical facility systems.

This role requires adherence to safety standards, regulatory codes, and CBRE policies. You will review work orders, estimate parts, and coordinate with teams to keep operations running smoothly and

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and familiarity with service management software.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repairs in facilities/industrial environments is preferred.
• Please note regulatory codes and safety requirements must be followed at all times.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to facility systems to keep them compliant and operational.
• Review work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and reduce downtime.
• Ensure building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) operate within design specs.
• Adhere to codes, regulations, and CBRE safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Share knowledge with teammates and mentor junior staff.
• Lead by example in alignment with CBRE values.
• Explain complex information clearly to clients and team members.
