Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for facilities.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to meet or exceed system life expectations and manage emergency repairs.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure operations meet design and environmental requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles to perform daily maintenance tasks and service calls.
