Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or trade school with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Must have Universal CFC certification and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain inventory.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency maintenance as needed.
• Review inspections to ensure operation meets design conditions and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work duties.
• Apply standard principles to accomplish complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values, building consensus.
• Impact customer, operational, and project work across teams.
• Work within broad guidelines and explain complex information.
