Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to conduct preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, and grounds. The role entails reviewing work orders, estimating time/materials, and maintaining inventories while ensuring safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience, a Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, and life safety systems to keep facilities up to standards.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment longevity and reliability.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation within design specifications and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily work responsibilities.
• Apply standard principles to complete complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
