Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds.

You will oversee a range of mechanical, plumbing, life-safety, and control systems, reviewing work orders and coordinating materials and tools to maintain standards. The role includes implementing preventive programs, inspecting systems for compliance, and coaching teammates while upholding CBRE's values.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED with 4-5 years related experience.
• Must have Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to analyze multiple information sources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for facilities.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and handle emergency maintenance.
• Review inspections of building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure compliance with design specs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Share knowledge, coach others, and lead by example within CBRE's values.
