Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds in the Phoenix area. This role requires extensive travel and reliable schedule adherence.

You will oversee maintenance across mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems, review work orders, and implement preventive programs while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required or equivalent experience.
• Universal CFC certification required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee repairs and emergency maintenance.
• Review inspections of building systems to ensure operation meets design specs and environmental conditions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Operate company vehicles for daily work tasks.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines.
• Lead by example and build consensus within teams.
• Impact a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within the organization.
• Adhere to company guidelines and policies.
