Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to maintain and repair building, industrial, and utility systems in the Phoenix, AZ area. You will manage work orders, supervise maintenance tasks, and ensure safety compliance across facilities.

The role requires 4–5 years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and universal CFC certification. Expect travel within the Phoenix region and collaboration with cross-functional teams to uphold CBRE standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or trade school with related experience.
Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to lift heavy loads and travel within the Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, and building systems.
Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage tools/inventory.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency repairs.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
Operate company vehicles for daily work responsibilities.
Coach others and share knowledge across multiple disciplines.
