Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer responsible for preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of building systems, facilities, vehicles, and grounds in the Phoenix area. You will oversee maintenance, manage work orders, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of experience, Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license, plus willingness to travel extensively within the Phoenix region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma; 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Must have Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials; maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency repairs.
• Inspect building and industrial systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for proper operation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Operate company vehicles in daily work responsibilities.
• Share knowledge and coach others within the function.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values.
