Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer in the Phoenix, AZ area to maintain and repair building, industrial, and grounds systems, and to oversee preventive maintenance programs.

You will review work orders, estimate time and materials, and ensure safety and system reliability. The role requires a high school diploma or trade certification with 4–5 years of related experience, a valid driver’s license and Universal CFC certification, and willingness to travel extensively within the Phoenix

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs for mechanical, industrial, plumbing, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency maintenance as needed.
• Ensure building systems meet design and environmental specifications.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles for daily work tasks.
• Share expertise and mentor others within the function.
• Lead by example and work towards CBRE RISE values.
• Travel extensively within the Phoenix, AZ area and maintain schedule adherence.
