CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Engineer to handle preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, and grounds.

The role focuses on upkeep of mechanical, plumbing, life safety, and control systems within client facilities in the Phoenix area. You will review work orders, estimate resources, and implement preventive maintenance programs while ensuring compliance with applicable codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and manage emergency maintenance as needed.
• Review inspections of building and industrial systems to ensure compliance with design specs and environmental conditions.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations.
