Qualifications

• Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on multiple information sources.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural and life-safety systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and maintain supplies.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to meet design specs.
• Ensure building systems comply with codes and client environmental requirements.
• Operate company vehicles and mentor others; promote CBRE RISE values.
