Job summary

CBRE is recruiting a Mobile Engineer to maintain facilities across multiple sites, overseeing preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings and equipment. You will manage complex tasks, review work orders, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, Universal CFC certification, and a valid driver’s license. Prior supervisory experience is preferred, with opportunities to mentor and lead within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma or 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems to standards.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, maintain inventory of supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment life and manage repairs.
• Review inspections of building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for proper operation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles for daily work tasks.
• Share knowledge to mentor others across multiple subject areas.
• Lead by example and influence teams through CBRE’s values.
