Job summary

CBRE Mobile Engineer role overseeing preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. Responsible for keeping facilities up to standards and supporting the Engineering and Technical Services function.

The work includes reviews of work orders, estimating time/materials, and maintaining tools/inventory. It requires leadership, knowledge of mechanical/HVAC/plumbing systems, and commitment to CBRE's values.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years related experience.
Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license.
Prior shift supervisor experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for the facility.
Review work orders, estimate time and materials, and manage inventory.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency maintenance.
Ensure building systems operate within design capabilities and prescribed environmental conditions.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
Operate company vehicles as needed.
Apply knowledge to accomplish complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
Lead by example and align with CBRE values.
