Job summary

CBRE is hiring a Mobile Engineer in Springfield, MO to maintain and optimize facility systems across multiple sites. You will lead maintenance activities, review work orders, and implement preventive programs to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and Universal CFC certification, with MS Office proficiency. Expect a hands-on, fast-paced environment with strong collaboration and safety focus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, trade school diploma or 4-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and repairs to mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems to standards.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to meet or exceed rated life and handle repairs.
• Review inspections of building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for proper operation.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Operate company vehicles for daily duties.
• Share knowledge and mentor others across multiple areas.
• Model CBRE’s RISE values to influence teams and drive outcomes.
