This role supports Engineering and Technical Services by maintaining equipment and systems per client standards. Responsibilities include overseeing maintenance across mechanical, plumbing, life safety, HVAC, and control systems, reviewing work orders, and ensuring compliance with codes and safety directives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant maintenance experience.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.
• Shift supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance to mechanical, plumbing, life safety, HVAC, and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time and material needs.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee repairs.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations.
• Operate company vehicles and share knowledge with others.
