As a Mobile Engineer, you will oversee preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds within the Engineering and Technical Services function.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and repairs for mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety, and controls.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and maintain supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment life and handle emergencies.
• Review building system inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for design compliance.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Operate company vehicles for daily work tasks.
• Share knowledge across subjects and mentor others.
• Model CBRE’s RISE values and drive cross‑team collaboration.
