Job summary

T-Mobile USA is seeking a Retail Associate to engage customers, guide their technology and service choices, and ensure a smooth shopping journey. You will build product knowledge, demonstrate solutions, and use digital tools to explain plans and features in a fast-paced store setting.

Successful candidates will develop customer interaction skills, adapt to new retail processes, and contribute to team goals. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and incentives tied to performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate network coverage, service plans, and product features.
• Complete required training to build knowledge of retail processes, systems, and wireless technology innovations.
• Collaborate with colleagues across channels to support a seamless customer experience and contribute to team initiatives.
• Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
